53rd Biennial Antiochian Archdiocese Conference
July 23-28, 2017
The Antiochian Archdiocese of North America has invited OCCIF to participate in their 53rd National Conference being held in Miami, Florida. We pray to use this opportunity to further introduce our program to all the clergy and faithful in attendance.
OCCIF will be centrally located within the conference setting, meeting with those interested in our mission and services as well as distributing information that can be shared in the conference or taken home to their missions and parishes. With several successful loan programs already established within this jurisdiction of our Holy Church, we pray that our attendance at the national conference will help secure OCCIF as a valued resource in the effort to grow Christ’s Church. We look forward to the opportunity of meeting you all there!
40th Diocese of the South Annual Assembly
July 25-28, 2017
The Diocese of the South of the Orthodox Church in America has invited OCCIF to present our program during their 40th General Assembly, being conducted in Chattanooga, Tennessee. While just recently completing a funding program for a member parish within the Diocese, several other parishes have already contacted OCCIF to discuss the variety of loan options and possibilities we represent.
We also look forward to the opportunity of sharing the general vision of OCCIF with the clergy and faithful who have not yet heard of us. Through this effort we can expand upon our ability to serve those parishes, missions and monasteries in need of our loan programs, services and counsel. We truly look forward to our time spent together!
Diocese of the West Annual Assembly
October 10-12, 2017
OCCIF will be participating in its 10th Assembly of the Diocese of the West of the Orthodox Church in America this year. The program was no more than concepts on paper at that first assembly but has built on that foundation every year since. We look forward to being a participant at the 11th, 15th and 30th assemblies, providing a increased service to a greater number of parishes, missions and monasteries of the West.
During the Assembly, we look forward to presenting an up-date on OCCIF’s growth to all the clergy and faithful of the Diocese. Our prayer has remained the same over the years and will into the future: to expand our portfolio of loan programs in service to the Diocese and grow the numbers of those institutions and faithful helping support our ability to carry out that goal.
See you all in Portland in just a few months!
